PP. Robert Drummond has rejoined the Rotary Club of St. Andrew after a few years away from the club. 

Robert Drummond is a business executive and management consultant with over 30 years of experience leading and advising organizations through major strategic transformations. He has held executive appointments at prominent companies in Jamaica and the US, including First Global Financial Services Limited, NIKE, American Express and ITT Sheraton. As a strategy implementation specialist, he has contributed significantly through his research and publications, including “Managing Resistance to Change” and “Organizational Turnarounds”.

 

Drummond completed his MBA degree in 1987 at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration, focusing on Service Management and Organizational Development. He has also completed the Edwards Deming Approach to Management, Business Process Reengineering conducted by Dr. Michael Hammer of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Balanced Scorecard Management Methodology conducted by Dr. Robert Kaplan of the Harvard Business School and co-founder of the management methodology.

 

Robert is also a Past President of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew.
